Once the website is restored for viewing, customers' contracts will be extended for the length of time website was down. If customer sells property during the downtime of website the contract between MuskegonFSBO.com and customer will be considered fulfilled.

Upon receipt of a $40 deposit, one yard sign per listed property will be provided for your new listing. The sign remains the property of MuskegonFSBO.com. Once the sign is returned to a MuskegonFSBO.com staff member, a $40 refund will be provided if the sign is found to be in satisfactory condition.
